JEA owns sites primarily in Duval County, with some additional sites in Clay, Nassau, and St Johns County. Examples of these sites are substations, lift stations, chiller plants, water treatment plants, and wastewater treatment plants. The contract work for this project includes, but is not limited to: on site surface preparation, pressure washing, patching, scraping, caulking, sanding, priming and painting of interior and exterior surfaces. |
