Description

Remove existing air handling unit, refrigerant piping, temperature controls, and associated air cooled condensing unit complete. The contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of the existing refrigerant associated with the air handling unit. Provide a new air handling unit, refrigerant piping, temperature controls, and air cooled condensing unit. The contractor will be responsible to provide a new housekeeping pad and new fencing around the air cooled condensing unit.
