Bardstown High School Synthetic Turf Field

The Project consists of removing the Bermuda field and replacing with a synthetic turf surface. Field is a stand-alone field for Football, Boys Soccer, Girls Soccer, Middle School Football, Youth Football and boys and girls lacrosse. The natural grass field does not hold up due to the number of games and practices. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Successful bidders will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds. The bond shall cover the entire base bid cost and any accepted alternates.Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities.
