Description

Citywide 2"inch mill and overlay paving program. This work will include up to a 2" inch milling and overlay with 2" inches of VDOT approved SM-12.5D with a minimum Asphalt Content of 5.8% and with 2.1 ounces of Aramid Fibers in some Mixes, including utility adjustments, sweep cleaning and all necessary preparation and finish work including but are not limited to patching, restoration (when needed), sidewalk repair, handicap ramps, pavement marking, etc..
