Description

The bridge replacement project of Bradford County Bridge No. 21 consists of the replacement of the washed out structure carrying T-402 (Kellogg Road) over South Branch Towanda Creek in Monroe Township, Bradford County and the associated approach roadway work. The work includes the construction of a two-span prestressed concrete PA bulb-tee beam bridge on reinforced concrete abutments and pier on piles and the associated approach roadway work.
