Description

The CMAR contract shall include pre- construction and construction services for the Sundance Park Phase II project as describe d in Section 3 - Scope of Work. Phase II of Sundance Park is on approximately 35 acres west of Phase I. The park is located at 22865 W. Lower Buckeye Road at the southwest corner of Rainbow Road and Lower Buckeye Road. Amenities to be constructed in Phase II include a lake, splash pad, playground, multi- use sports fields, basketball courts, walking path s, restroom, ramadas, parking , skate/bike park and support facilities.
