International Trade Center Asbestos Abatement

To perform a complete abatement for all asbestos containing material. The location of the project is the Penthouse in the International Trade Center in Mobile, AL as shown on Figure 1. Sampling and evaluation have been performed throughout the International Trade Center’s HVAC System to determine where the asbestos containing material is located. The enclosed Figure 2 shows the layout of the Penthouse sample locations confirmed to be asbestos containing material, noted as “ACM”. The project includes, but is not limited to abatement of asbestos containing material along with disposal of debris collected and required post abatement air quality monitoring. The work will be in accordance with the requirements stated herein, attached scope of work and specifications, referenced figures, insurance requirements and applicable State of Alabama Laws.
