Description | PROJECT DESCRIPTION (ABRIDGED) Interior and exterior remodel and addition of existing Prairie Highlands Golf Club building and separate free-standing Event Space. The project intends to create space for a member's restaurant that includes exterior dining space on a reconfigured deck/patio. Base bid work consists of the construction of an addition to existing golf club, exterior and interior remodel of the existing golf club and event building, and site/landscape work. The addition on the North of the existing golf clubhouse will consist of 2,943 square feet total. Included in the total is the basement (2,337 square feet) and first floor (606 square feet) additions, plus patio and site work. Remodeling of the existing first floor (4,508 square feet) and basement (4,502 square feet) will include updating exterior and interior finishes, new soffits, lighting, and HVAC equipment, relocating existing sprinkler lines and existing HVAC systems, and new walk-in cooler in the basement. The remodel of the event building (3,062 square feet) will consist of updating exterior and interior finishes, updating lighting, and adding fans and HVAC equipment. Alternate bid items consisting of new overhead glass doors for the event center and new condensing units to replace existing at the clubhouse. The project includes selective demolition, sitework, sidewalks, concrete foundations, floor slab, concrete masonry unit and stone veneer exterior walls, load bearing concrete walls, structural steel framing, concrete roof slab, TPO roofing, standing seam metal roofing, building insulation, joint sealant, hollow metal doors and frames, solid core interior wood doors, aluminum storefront windows, aluminum storefront exterior doors, fully glazed aluminum sectional overhead doors, concrete pavers over sand on concrete pad, concrete pavers on roof pedestal system, door hardware, gypsum board and wood ceilings, drop soffits, revisions to the existing sprinkler lines, interior painting, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, |
