Utilities Painting Maintenance Continuing Services Contract

A non-exclusive continuing services painting maintenance contract for municipal water and stormwater facilities including all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the Work, including but not limited to industrial grade coating products, pressure washing, water-blasting, sandblasting, taping, scraping, grinding, wire brushing, rust removal, cleaning, priming, crack repair, concrete/stucco repairs, and other surface preparation as needed, painting, protection of adjacent facilities, and safe access for performing the Work. Facilities to be painted under this contract may include, but not be limited to, exterior of concrete potable water ground storage tanks, interior and/or exterior of concrete block structures (CBS)/buildings, interior and/or exterior of poured concrete structures including potable water holding structures, epoxy seamless floors, chemical containment areas, fiberglass structures and piping, ductile iron pipe (DIP), PVC pipe, steel pipe, pumps and motors, chemical rooms, steel tanks, fire hydrants, large water meter assemblies, DIP wellhead piping, steel well casings, steel cabinets, and other facilities and components as described by the Bidding Document
