| Description | Consisting of pre-construction services including procurement services, developing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), and construction of the Animal Care and Control Renewal/Replacement (ACC) located at 7100 Belvedere Road in West Palm Beach (the “Project”). Palm Beach County’s Animal Care & Control Facility is located on a +/-13.74 acre site located at 7100 Belvedere Road in West Palm Beach, FL (the Facility). The Facility was constructed in the early 1990’s and has remained in continuous operation ever since. The existing Facility includes one main building which houses administration, field operations and clinic related functions. Three additional stand-alone kennel buildings are used for animal shelter functions. There are various other accessory structures on the site as well. |
