Site & Green Space Improvements to include: - Redirection of public traffic off Golden Beach Drive. - Increase parking total 108 spaces. - New Full Basketball & ½ Court. - New Sand Volleyball Court. - Open event space sodded area. New Resident Amenity Center to include: - Gym Facility. - Game Room. - Roof Terrace. - Facade Improvements and restoration.
