Includes design and construction of one new pre-engineered metal building, site pavement, utility service connections as illustrated and specified on 35% construction document package marked NVZR 18-0057 CONSTRUCT CES WAREHOUSE. If bid option is awarded, the Contractor shall prepare a set of construction documents for one (1) metal building under the following project number: NVZR 18-0057.
