Description

Located near the intersection of Gourley Transit Drive and Crosstrail Boulevard, the New Loudoun County Juvenile Detention Center (JDC) will replace the existing detention center and will allow for the expansion of the center in future years. The one-story Facility will provide thirty-eight (38) beds with a future expansion capacity of twenty (20) additional beds. The detention center will include three (3) detention housing pods, a youth shelter housing pod, a dining area, classrooms, offices, medical services, visitation areas, a gym, administration offices, and other staff support spaces.
