Cemetary North Expansion - Phase II

The project site is located within the City of Mesa, on the grounds of the existing Mesa Cemetery property (1212 N. Center St, Mesa, AZ 85204). The north expansion (approximately 6 acres) will include, approximately 4 ac of turf for the addition of 3800 future burial plots, new memorial urn garden, new roadways and curbing, retaining walls and fencing, large reflection areas with shade structures and seating. The “Project” consists of the construction of a new cemetery including, but not limited to: 1. Site Clearing/Demolition and Removal of Existing Features 2. Grading including earth export 3. Waste material export 4. New Memorial Garden 5. 8’ masonry wall 6. Private asphalt roadways and curbing. 7. Drainage Improvements 8. New Fencing 9. New parking stalls 10. Retaining walls 11. Landscape Improvements 12. Landscape Irrigation 13. Other work shown on the drawings and specified herein.
