Description

The Suffolk County Office of Central Procurement, on behalf of the Suffolk County Department of Public Works and the Department of Labor, invites Proposals from qualified entities to provide project management services to renovate and develop the existing building located at 350 Crooked Hill Road, Brentwood The County of Suffolk is a municipal corporation of the State of New York with an annual operating budget of approximately $3.4 billion. Question Deadline 05/25/2023 at 3:30 PM ET The purpose of this RFP is to provide Project Management and Construction Management Services to renovate and develop the existing building located at 350 Crooked Hill Road, Brentwood. The overall site is approximately 6 acres. This will be a two phased construction project (Phase 1A and 1B followed by Phase 2). In addition to the renovation and redevelopment of the primary structure, a second phase will be necessary to add space for use of the overall facility. The facility will be used as a Community Center and a Workforce Training Facility.
