Thank you for your time and interest. INVITATION TO SUBMIT STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS Cleveland Utilities is seeking statements of qualifications from engineering firms regarding Sanitary Sewer System Preliminary Engineering, SSES Activities, Engineering Design, Bid Phase Activities, Construction Administration, Construction Inspection, and Grant Assistance. The Statement of Qualifications should include the following: 1 Representative listing of recent projects and clients in subject field. 2) Listing of all SRF, CDBG or similar funded projects filed in the past three years. 3) Availability of staff to do preliminary engineering services. 4) Resumes of key personnel expected to be involved in the project.
