Construct of the Purcellville Developmental Services Group Home

The house will be built at 410 East E Street, TAX MAP /35A2/2/B//11/ PARCEL ID: 488-19-045. This Group Home will be utilized by the Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services to provide full time residential staff supervision, care, and treatment to four (4) Loudoun residents who are diagnosed with a developmental disability and/or serious mental illness. At this location, residential staff will provide behavioral, medical, social, emotional, and psychiatric monitoring in accordance with person-centered and recovery orient philosophies to promote skill building and independence.
