Electric – Install service, owner supplied panels, switchgear, lighting, EMS and site lighting. Install power circuits for checkouts, equipment and office. Install conduits for low voltage. HVAC – Install owner supplied RTUs. Supply and install fully insulted ductwork, diffusers and exhaust fans. Framing/Drywall – Frame and sheetrock two restrooms, office and header wall.
