Description

*As of April 24, 2023, construction is 99% complete. This store is anticipated to open by mid-May, 2023. Trades: Plumbing – Two restrooms, mop sink, DF, eye wash. Electric – Install service, owner supplied panels, switchgear, lighting, EMS and site lighting. Install power circuits for checkouts, equipment and office. Install conduits for low voltage. HVAC – Install owner supplied RTUs. Supply and install fully insulted ductwork, diffusers and exhaust fans. Framing/Drywall – Frame and sheetrock two restrooms, office and header wall. Acoustic Ceiling – Acoustic ceiling in parts area A. Paint – Paint new interior walls, door frames and floor striping. Paint exterior doors and bollards. Polished Concrete – Per plan. Glass – Supply and install storefront. Excavation/Utilities – Remove and recompact 4’ at building pad. Raise site for new grades. Install storm, sanitary and water systems. Prep site grades for building and paving. Concrete – Concrete footings, slab, sidewalks, paving, curbs and dumpster pad. Steel – Erect owner supplied building. Landscaping – Landscaping and irrigation per plans. Roof Ladder – Per plan. Fencing – Composite dumpster enclosure. 6’ privacy fence, 4’ chain link fence.
