Town Hall Upper Flat Roof Repairs

1. Remove existing roof system down to substrate. a. Any substrate to be repaired/replaced as needed. Associated costs to be determined prior to work being done once type of material is determined. 2. Install a self-adhering vapor barrier over prepared substrate 3. Furnish and install tapered insulation to provide positive drainage to the roof system. 4. Install NEW bitumen roofing system over new insulation. 5. All rooftop equipment and penetrations (i.e. Drains, wall flashing, etc.) will follow manufacturer’s specifications. 6. Fabricate and install two (2) thru-wall scuppers and make repairs to one new leader head. 7. Complete clean-up and breakdown of equipment leaving area surrounds as found. 8. Provide any and all written warranties
