Description

Commissioning contracting agent (CxA) for specific projects throughout Ogden School District (OSD) that were approved during the 2018 bond namely Horace Mann Elementary, Polk Elementary, and TO Smith Elementary (see attachment #1). This SOQ is designed to provide interested CxAs with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements, but is not intended to limit a proposal’s content or exclude any relevant or essential data. CxAs are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement.
