Durango Street -Miller to Yuma Roadway Improvements - 100630 - City of Buckeye

Complete Reconstruction and widening of Durango Street from Miller Road to Yuma Road. Complete reconstruction of the intersection of Yuma Road and Durango Road, and installation of a traffic Circle for this intersection. Complete construction of Yuma road to the North property line of the Schmitzers. Durango improvements are approximately 2000 feet long and the Yuma improvements are approximately 800 feet long. These improvements include: curb, gutter and sidewalk, fully reconstructed half street on the property frontage. The City will have to fully improve all half street portions that are adjacent to all residential properties. This is a multi-year phased project. This project is in included in the City of Buckeye FY 2022-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of October 26, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
