Construction of Water Distribution and Sanitary Sewer Systems for the Airline Improvement District at Nicar Street

Construction of 2,437 linear feet of 8-inch water distribution line along Nicar Street in Zone 2 as shown in the plans. Included is the construction of miscellaneous appurtenances to these lines including but not limited to fire hydrants and gate valves. Construction of 2,020 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer gravity line and by open cut and trenchless construction methods and 6 precast manholes along Nicar Street as shown in the plans. Included is the construction of miscellaneous appurtenances to these lines including service connections. Construction of new service lines and connections from the water meters to existing homes. Decommissioning of water wells for existing lots after installation of water lines. Sewer connections from property line to single service line connections at existing homes. Abandonment in-place of existing septic tanks and drain fields after installation of sanitary sewer system. Implementation of traffic control plan. Implementation and maintenance of the projects storm water pollution prevention plan for the duration of construction. Posting of project signs.Repair all damaged pavement and restore disturbed areas with hydro mulch caused by open cut construction.
