Kenzies Landing Trailhead Access Road Project

City of Wenatchee, Department of Community Development did issue a determination of nonsignificance with a 14-day comment period and will not act on the proposal for 14 days from the date of this notice, relative to the environmental impact of the following described proposal. The City of Wenatchees Kenzies Landing Trailhead Access Road project proposes to construct an access road approximately 1,000 feet long from the end of the existing pavement on Maiden Lane to the Kenzies Landing Trailhead (APN 232032483040). The first 100 feet of the access road will be paved in order to facilitate storm drainage. The remainder of the road will be crushed surfacing. The subject property is currently vacant within the Residential Single Family zone. The determination that the proposal will not have a probable adverse impact on the environment and that an environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required was made following the review of a completed environmental checklist and other information submitted by the applicant and on file.
