Double Seal Coating approxi-mately .8 of a mile of Basswood Road until 6:00 PM, April 14, 2021.Specification for Seal Coating Bids:Contractor to furnish PG-58-28 5% Cutback Liquid Asphalt, mixer blended and heated to 340/350 de-grees at State of WI. AASHTO certified liquid asphalt production facility. Contractor to provide, haul, place, and roll cover aggregate consisting of 3/8” clean chips. Contractor must provide all machinery, labor, and other necessary incidentals to properly clean, seal coat, and roll the town road
