Pre-Bid Site visit on 4/5/2022 at 10:00AM and 2:00PM at Location 1- 935 United Avenue South East Atlanta , Georgia 30316 , Pre-Bid Site visit on 4/5/2022 at 2:00PM at Location 2- 600 West Peachtree Street North West Atlanta, Georgia 30308 , Site visit 2-Pre-Bid Site visit on 4/7/2022 at 10:00AM at 3993 Aviation Circle North West Atlanta, Georgia 30336 Furnish all necessary repair and renewal parts and materials for the equipment listed herein. Maintenance and repairs services are required for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems located at One GA Center, GA Dept of Transportation to include Inspection and maintenance of two (2) Trane rooftop chillers, three (3) WEG Pumps, Three (3) Vapor mist Humidifiers, and one (1) Mitsubishi Split AC unit. These units are in the Departments datacenter which is critical in the ongoing/uninterrupted IT infrastructure and supports the ITS Network across the state transportation systems
