The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract to furnish, place and compact 2-inches of Level 3, A 1/2 Dense ACP Mixture, cold plane pavement removal at 2-inches, provide and apply tack coat, furnish and install temporary pavement markings, furnish and install permanent striping and traffic control for the benefit of ODOT The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract to furnish, place and compact 2-inches of Level 3, 1/2 Dense ACP Mixture, cold plane pavement removal at 2-inches, provide and apply tack coat, furnish and install temporary pavement markings, furnish and install permanent striping and traffic control for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The selected Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the total amount (100%) of the awarded Contract Price, executed in favor of the State of Oregon, to ensure faithful performance of the Contract and payment for labor and materials FINAL COMPLETION: June 30, 2023
