A pre-graded earthen pad will be provided at the site by others and a 6” waterline and waste drain basin will also be provided by others five (5) feet outside the graded area. Interested proposers should submit a detailed proposal including budget pricing to the City by dates/times outlined. Proposals at a minimum are to include: 1. Layout drawing 2. Details of proposed equipment 3. Color photos of installed equipment in other locations 4. Budget pricing 5. Water flow and pressure required to facility (gpm) 6. Expected discharge (gpm) 7. List of similar installations 8. References 9. Insurance
