| Description | Rental of portable toilets for the Parks, Highway, and DPW Departments. Locations vary. 1. All portable toilet units must be vented and have a good appearance and be in excellent condition (for the entire term of usage) without graffiti, broken parts, etc. Repairs must be completed within 3 days. 2. Cost of repairs due to normal wear will be the responsibility of the contractor. If damage is caused by an employee of the Town of Bethlehem or vandalism, the Town of Bethlehem will be responsible. 3. Enhanced access units must include a flat bottom (providing accessibility without the need for a ramp), interior grab bars (min. 2). Minimum entrance door width of 32” and minimum inside floor space of 48”x56” is required. |
