Description

Remodeling an existing retail space for the use of a new science lab for North Central Texas College. Some demolition will be required to create a new door opening through an existing masonry wall into the existing NCTC space. Additional demolition will be needed for the new plumbing lines by saw cutting of the existing concrete slab. The existing concrete will need to be grind, polished and sealed. New work will include the installation of new gypsum board walls, HVAC, electrical, cabinets and epoxy counter tops.
