Power Washing - Downtown Mall Pavers and Bricks

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, signage, personal protective equipment (PPE), tools, materials and incidentals necessary to clean utilizing power washing the Downtown Mall pavers and bricks of all dirt and debris. This is inclusive of cleaning underneath all trash cans and around planter beds being extremely cautious to avoid removing any paint from the planter pots. Power washing will begin at the Belmont Bridge entrance to the Downtown Mall and continue to the Omni Hotel area inclusive of all side streets comprising a total square footage of 180,165. The Contractor will use Dawn dish detergent or an environmental approved equivalent. The Contractor will use a hot steam pressure washer to remove dirt from the pavers, bricks and drain vents.
