Reclaimed Water Line Phase 4A

In general, this work consists of: 1. Installation of 6-inch Purple C-900 reclaimed water line by trenchless construction, including bends and fittings, per 30TAC Chapter 210 regulations. All reclaimed water line piping shall include restrained joints. 2. Installation of steel casing, by trenchless construction, including bends and fittings. Steel casing shall be properly sized to house 6-inch Purple C-900 reclaimed water line, at a minimum 12-inch steel casing shall be used. 3. Performing two 6-inch wet connections, as shown on plans. Upstream wet connection shall be adjacent to future reclaimed water pump station. Downstream wet connection shall be located along intersection of Champions Forest Drive and Strack Road. 4. Installation of two 6-inch gate valves, including boxes. 5. Installation of two air relief and vacuum relief valves, including pre-cast concrete manhole for each valve. 6. Trench safety. 7. Implementation and maintenance of traffic control plan. 8. Site restoration of Harris County Right of Way including removing and replacing concrete sidewalks, driveways, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, damaged fences, turf, plants, trees, and shrubs.
