| Description | he City of Milton is accepting sealed bids from qualified firms for the City Hall Generator Transfer Switch Installation ~ REISSUANCE for the Public Works Department in conformance with Title 32, Chapter 4, Article 4, Part 2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated. All work will be done in accordance with 2017 National Electric Code (NEC). The City of Milton is seeking the ability to have emergency backup power, via portable generator, at Milton’s City Hall in the event of a power outage. This would require the installation of a manual transfer switch to be connected to a towable diesel generator in the parking lot with cam lock cables. This should be bid as two options from which the City will determine the best, most cost-effective option. Specific options are described in the solicitation document. All bidders must comply with all general and special requirements of the bid information and instructions enclosed herein. |
