Paving and Utility District 2021-1

The project will remove approximately 2,000 LF of existing 24’ wide asphalt rural road section on 1st St NW from 19th Ave NW to 15th Ave NE and replace it with City of Minot Standard 31’ road. Other portions of the Work include, but is not limited to the following: Construction of a storm water retention pond and outlet structures Watermain of various sizes, sanitary sewer main of various sizes and manholes, RCP storm sewer pipe and structures Type C Street lights, (No. 4 RHW/USE, Cu) and (No. 6 THW Grd) including sections of underground rigid conduit, Type IV electrical power feedpoint, coordination and cost allowances for work provided by XCEL Energy Phased traffic control, erosion control, construction entrance, and other such work normally required of an urban street project Mulch, topsoil, grass seeding, and grow-in maintenance Sports fencing, foul poles, and restoration of irrigation system on Minot Park District Sertoma Complex Field #2 Bonds, mobilization, insurances, and other such contracts per City of Minot standard requirements

Division 03 -	Concrete, Precast Concrete.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Utility Drainage Piping, Storm Utility Water Drains, Storm Drainage Structures.
