Eastern Kentucky Correction Complex Guard Booth

The Work includes demolition of existing guard booth and removal from site. A new guard booth will be constructed at existing asphalt driveway per Site Plan. New guard booth to slab-on-grade foundation with turn down footing, wood framed with brick veneer, with a concealed clip standing seam metal roof. Interior to include LVT flooring with rubber base, painted gypsum board walls, acoustical ceiling, plastic laminate cabinets, aluminum framed storefront and break metal, and painted hollow metal doors and frames. The new guard booth will include an accessible restroom with water closet and lavatory. Site utility connections to include electric, data, water and sewer. Two gate arm fixtures will be salvaged and re-installed, four new steel bollards will be included. See plans and specifications for additional information.
