Wadsworth City School District - Tennis Courts Project 2022

There will be no pre-bid meeting. The Tennis Court Project will be located at 150 Silvercreek Road, Wadsworth, OH 44281 (north of the current middle school). The Project includes but it not limited to all Documents, Drawings and Project Manual, including Specifications, entitled generally as the Wadsworth City School District (District, WCS) Tennis Courts Project 2022 (Project) as issued by the Owner and its consultants, and the lead design professional Holabird & Root LLC and all other design professionals and consultants. All documents are directly applicable to this Section and shall be thoroughly reviewed by each bidder. Each bidder is responsible to review each and every document prior to submitting a bid to ensure that the appropriate scope of work is included. Additional costs for items that are shown on the documents but were missed or overlooked by the bidding contactor must be included at no additional cost to the Owner. Where a conflict arises between the General Conditions of contract and the Scope of Work, the General Conditions shall take precedent unless specifically noted otherwise.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
