| Description | PROJECT NO. 210180.00 Project consists of paving, sealing, patching, and striping approximately 6,400 linear feet of asphalt pavement throughout the City of Loganville. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid amount. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time of 120 calendar days Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
