| Description | Project Description: The Town of Cave Creek is proposing to have a complete micro surface overlay installation on Cave Creek Rd. The project boundaries will consist of all north bound and south bound lanes including turning bays of Cave Creek Rd. The boundaries of the projects are approximately 200 feet north of Sentinel Rock Rd through the Town of Cave Creek to approximately 100 feet west of Scopa Trail. This project will be performed in two separate phases. The first phase is expected to take place April/May 2021. The second phase would be expected to take place after July 1st, 2021. The first phase of the project will consist of Cave Creek Rd from the intersection of Spurcross Rd to the intersection of Scopa Trail (approximately 61,995 SY). The second phase is from Sentinel Rock to Spur Cross Rd. (approximately 69,202 SY). The Town reserves the right to adjust start and stop locations by 10,000 +/- SY. |
