North Valor Fire Repair

The Petersburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority (PRHA) will receive bids for a Fire Restoration project at North Valor Drive The attached Scope of Work from the insurance adjustor may not be complete. It is Petersburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority's (PRHA) intent in this request that the dwellings be repaired for occupancy meeting all code compliance required by the City of Petersburg. During PRHA's review of the Scope of Work documents the following items appeared to be omitted within the Scope of Work. Please include labor and materials to complete the following in your bid: o Replace all roof shingles o Replace roof decking as needed o Replace soffit and metal trim o Inspect and repair/replace damaged roof trusses o Inspect attic for fire damage o Inspect attic electrical wiring and associated hardware for damages and replacement o Replace gutters and downspouts o Replace damaged handrails o Repair exterior masonry and tuck pointing as needed o Damage domestic and sewer lines
