Description

Construction Manager at Risk (CM-R) for construction of lab renovations in UTSW south campus buildings Y, J, and K. The CM-R shall work with UTSW to develop project execution plans and schedules to perform all projects concurrently while ensuring existing tenants are minimally disturbed during the execution of the work. Costs and schedules for each building shall be tracked individually and independently.
