| Description | As of May 12, 2023, a design team has been selected. Funding is still pending. Construction timeline is not known at this time. Pleasant Hill Rural Fire Protection District (District) is conducting a formal selection process to invite qualified architects and/or engineers to submit proposals to provide preliminary designs and cost analysis for a proposed new Pleasant Hill Station. This will include reviewing cost analysis in order for the District to research funding options. The Project also may also include a Phase II consisting of: (1) station design and bidding services; (2) construction oversight; and (3) post-construction services . The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. |
