Highway Department Pole Barn Structure The Town of Northumberland (the "Town") invites bids for the construction of a design build pole barn structure. The pole barn is to be located at the Town Highway Garage location, 42 Leonard Street, Gansevoort, NY. Bids shall be submitted in an envelope which is clearly marked: "Bid for Department of Public Works Pole Barn Structure". The Town reserves the right to accept of reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities and to award the contract as may be in the best interest of the Town. The bid must be signed by a person authorized to bind the bid.The bid must be accompanied by a signed certificate of non-collusion.
