| Description | Trash Hauling and Disposal in San Bernardino County Provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, trash bins, equipment, and to pay all associated costs, fees, and taxes, necessary to provide trash collection, hauling, and disposal services Current and valid California Motor Carrier Permit (MCP) is required. Written Question Submittal 8/31/2022 12:00pm Questions regarding this IFB must be submitted in writing by August 31, 2022. Bidders are encouraged to submit their written questions via e-mail to sean.grant@dot.ca.gov. This Agreement will commence on October 1, 2022 (estimate), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement shall expire on September 30, 2025(estimate Caltrans reserves the right to reject all bids for reasonable cause. |
