Description

Addition of new 4-pipe fan coil units, chilled water piping, rooftop make-up air unit, pump room, ceilings, lights and associated architectural repairs and new pump room. Related work includes demolition, repairs, electrical power and limited controls and fire alarm. Work includes piping and affected minor site work to connect to existing chilled water lines outside the building. All equipment, materials, labor, and services necessary for the installation of the system shall be furnished.
