Description

The project scope includes the new construction of a five and six story apartment building at 5201 and 5301 Homewood Banks Drive. As of February 25, 2022, the project is in design stage and seeking rezoning and administrative site review approval from the Raleigh City Council. A meeting is tentatively planned for April 5, 2022. The Planning Commission recommended approval on February 22, 2022. The architect has been chosen. The developer will likely serve as general contractor. A construction timeline has not been determined but is not expected to begin before the fourth quarter of 2022.
