The work to be accomplished under the provisions of these Bid Documents consists of exterior storefront modifications and repairs, building sealant replacement, building envelope improvements, and limited interior work to repair outside water infiltration to the existing facility, including all materials, machinery, equipment, labor and supervision In general terms the successful contractor shall: a. Comply with all proposal requirements, showing the best cost to value proposal including a detailed and guaranteed project schedule. b. Provide detailed submittals in the form of equipment cut sheets for all major equipment ten days after notice of award. c. Procure all materials and equipment to provide a complete and quality installation. d. Coordinate all efforts with weekly construction notifications to be coordinated with owners. e. Warranty and service installation for a period of one year from owner's Substantial Completion Notification.
