Demolition, Hardscape and Landscape Improvements

Hardscape and Landscape improvements and related maintenance which include: Demolition & disposal of a small portion of existing concrete curb and gutter and replacement installation of a depressed concrete curb; relocation of two (2) existing masonry columns; installation of new masonry columns with concrete footings to match existing; installation of decorative metal fencing and cantilever gates; removal and additions and modifications to the existing limestone screenings walkways; and landscape work including the installation of topsoil, compost, plant materials, including a one (1) year replacement warranty, mulches and temporary mowing and watering maintenance. All necessary permits, insurance and safely materials including fencing, temporary signage, and traffic barriers for public sidewalk and public street lane closures
