Description

Purpose of conducting Rehabilitation of Concrete Sanitary Sewer Manholes located in Dallas, Ellis, Tarrant and Denton County on an as-needed basis. Manholes are identified for rehabilitation by the AUTHORITY’S manhole inspection program, which is on-going. This specification covers work, materials and equipment required for rehabilitating unlined concrete manholes by monolithic spray-application of a corrosion protective coating to eliminate infiltration, provide corrosion protection, repair voids and enhance structural integrity. It is anticipated that 20 manholes are to be rehabilitated during this contract period on an as needed basis
