Renovations to the Centre Community Center

Work includes, renovation of the existing Armory Building into a new Community Center located on the City`s Property at 100 Park Street, Centre, AL. The Work consists generally of new site utilities relative to tying in the new building to existing sanitary and water services, limited site improvements relative to utility improvements, interior demolition of various building elements, existing HVAC, existing Electrical and miscellaneous plumbing services. New interior work will consist of, but is not limited to, new masonry and metal stud drywall partitions, new drywall and furring over existing masonry surfaces, new soft tile and hard tile floor finishes, new lay-in and gyp. board ceilings, new Stage construction with hardwood floor and stage curtains, new hollow metal doors and frames, new hollow metal and pre-finished wood doors, new hardware, new HVAC, new Electrical, new toilets, toilet compartments and toilet accessories, new operable partitions, new casework and new commercial kitchen facilities. Facility size is approximately 13,280 s.f.

Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
