Palmer Park Addition

The Palmer Park Addition project consists of civil site work to construct new facilities which include two large, multi-purpose fields, a dog park, playground, field and site lighting, a parking lot, and a restroom/concessions building, as well as an extension of the Bradford Creek Greenway. Preparation and infrastructure for the lighting, restroom/concessions building, and playground are included in this project, though actual installation of those items will be separate contracts. Site grading, storm and sanitary sewer improvements, the widening of Palmer Road for a turn lane into the park, and all grassing are included in this project. Expected completion timeframe issix (6) monthsfrom the award date. Traffic must be maintained during construction.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
