*Per owner, project has been cancelled, no plans for immediate re-bid.* Furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for selective demolition of the parking lot asphalt pavement, asphalt paving restoration, and construction of a police garage building for the period commencing no later September 1, 2022 to be completed by December 30, 2022 as shown and called for in the "Instructions to Bidders," which are on file and available to bidders at the Borough Municipal Building, Hulmeville and Prospect Avenues, Langhorne Manor, PA, or through Dawn Seader, Borough Council President, 618 Hulmeville Avenue, Langhorne Manor, PA 19047. The architect associated with this Project is Vaughn Collaborative, Inc., 250 Phillips Blvd. # 295, Ewing Township, NJ 08618. Within fifteen (15) days of the award of the Contract, the successful bid-der will be required to furnish bonds with a corporate surety issued by companies authorized to do business within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on the prescribed dated the date(s) of the Con-tract covering the faithful performance of the Contract and payment of all obligations arising thereunder and in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract value. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rate law, as amended, shall apply to this project. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the time, place and date above specified. Any bids received after the time for receiving of bids will not be considered. Award of the contract, if a contract. is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Borough reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) calendar days after the actual date for the opening thereof.
